The rate you see is the rate you pay. No administration fee, no mandatory insurance, no charge for your gate code.
Month-to-Month
Rent for as long as you need. No lease term, no early termination fee.
Two Ways to Save
Active duty military save 10%. Prepay three months and save 10%. One discount applies per rental.

What to expect when you rent a unit.
Security Deposit
A deposit equal to one month's rent is due at signing. It is refundable when you move out and leave the unit clean.
Insurance
Coverage on your belongings is optional but recommended. Most renters and homeowners policies extend to storage, so check yours before buying a separate one.
Administration Fee
A one-time $10 fee is included in every rental agreement at the start of your term.
Accepted Payment
Cash, check, and all major credit cards. Ask the facility manager about setting up automatic monthly payments.
Padlock
You may bring your own padlock, or purchase one available for sale at our office.
Rates
Rates are monthly and prorated from the day your rental starts, so you only pay for the days you use.
